  • Prohibited Uses: You must not copy, share, modify, distribute, or resell any digital product.

  • Refunds: Refunds for unused portions of a membership term are at our discretion, except where required by law.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms or fail to pay membership fees when due. We will provide notice where reasonable.
  • Changes to Membership: We reserve the right to modify membership features, including fees, upon reasonable notice to you. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership according to the terms above.

Within 7 days of receiving the notice, both parties must meet to discuss the Dispute in good faith. Any communications during these discussions, other than the fact they occurred, are confidential.

If the Dispute is not resolved—or the parties have not agreed on an alternative method of resolution—within 21 days of the initial notice, either party may pursue litigation.

 


 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.

Our Site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. We make no representation that our Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access our Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction where you access our Site.
